How to Measure Yourself
- Place the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level and snug but not tight.
- Measure around the narrowest point of your torso (above your belly button).
- Measure at the widest part of your hips and bum with feet together.
- Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
Pro tip → Always measure over lightweight clothing for accuracy.
